Track results and follow with appropriate documentation.4. Coordinate the transfer process from seasonal reps to core reps including completing offer letters, completing the necessary paperwork for corporate, and ensuring the offer letters and the accompanying documents are signed and filed correctly.5. Assists with tracking the recruiting budget and advising appropriate parties of status of budget.6. Conducts new employee orientation to familiarize employees with Corporate values and leadership traits and overall FTD policies and procedures as needed.7. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies and reporting are in compliance. 8. Keeps records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations and general statistics. 9. Establish relationships with staffing agencies, advertising sources and other vendors to provide employee services.10. Communicates with the Site Director and Assistant Director to determine hiring needs for open leadership positions.11. Administers enrollment in and manages eligibility for benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, 401k, paid time off, leave of absences and employee assistance.12. Responds to employee relations issues, workplace investigations as needed, and advises management in appropriate resolution to employee relations issues. Protects the location from potential legal exposure related to employee relations as needed.13. Coordinates reporting and documentation for Workers’ Compensation and Short Term Disability while communicating directly with impacted employees. 14. Conducts market analysis within labor market to determine competitive wage rates and benefits.15. Prepares reports and analyzes data relating to a variety of HR topics to better partner with operations to reduce absenteeism, turnover, improve hiring, etc.15. Assist with disciplinary meetings, and/or termination meetings as needed.16. Responds to unemployment claims and employment verifications on a timely basis. Represents employer at unemployment hearings as needed.17. Coordinates all termination paperwork including collection of documentation, submission for final check and completing exit interviews. 18. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs referenced on ECHO, Connections and the employee handbook.19. Manage direct reports20. Other duties as assigned. | ||||
